Following the jarring cliffhangers of Avengers Endgame, the anticipated release, Spiderman: Far From Home, fails to grip the audience as expected. The special effects and Disney-Channel level romance, unfortunately, did not do justice as the sequel to the Spiderman series. The plot revolves around Peter Parker (Tom Holland), a not-so-average teenager who wants to leave his Superhero side behind when he goes on a school trip to Europe. The movie starts off with a memorial video at Peter’s school honoring those who died. Later on, we see Peter decides to give his superhero life a break, while he enjoys his vacation with his crush, MJ (Zendaya). However, he is caught by surprise when an unanticipated villain crashes his vacation. The screenwriters (Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers) did a formidable job creating the plotline while having a standing challenge of matching the emotional heft of Endgame.
